Zeitgeist

It would seem that an important part of our current culture is fantasy and science fiction material. Possibly brought on by the success of the Lord of the Rings trilogy of movies, there has been a lot of movies coming out recently with similar fantastic themes. Having been reading fantasy books aggressively since I was very young, this is all awesome for me!
